Our waiter didnt come until after 10 mins she saw us but she choose to attend the other tables that arrive after us. Then when she came to our table I said thank you no responce. I asked to change out the drink it was sprite because the cup was dirty and sticky, she came back with the wrong drink. With all the mistakes and her attitude we were still politeband she was still rude. Her manerism was awful. Not friendly at all. Our waiter was a think older Asian female. We sat on the right side when you go into the reaturant. I will definitely not come back.

We’ve been to this restaurant over the past 4 years whenever we visit the Augusta area, and the food quality, venue and service have always been excellent. Their sushi in particular use high quality seafood and other ingredients with enticing presentations and large in terms of sushi pieces/rolls. The hibachi, ginger salad, clear soup and other menu items we’ve tried over the years are delicious and fresh as well. Our visit today in particular was exceptional due to our servers persistently tending to our needs and even provided us free clear soups (take out AND dine in servings) and a free to go tea as well. The lady was very kind and would frequently ask about the quality of the food and service. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone that visits the Augusta area (especially if you love Japanese cuisine). This is one of our favorite restaurants and continues to keep that quality over the years.

Was in town for a few days and met my local friends for dinner here. Pleasantly surprised by the variety and quality of the sushi here. All the others ordered hibachi dinners that looked and smelled amazing, all with portion sizes that allowed them to leave with boxes for later. Would recommend.

The food at Toki on Fury's Ferry is pretty good, standard Hibachi, Bento Box, Yaki Udon, Yaki Soba and various types of sushi. The Hibachi is high quality and the quantity is more than enough. You should definitely take home a to-go box. They basically give you a platter for a plate the platter is overflowing for just over $20, but some sushi they have is definitely better than others. The Augusta Roll, I would give about a 7 of 10. The chicken and steak Hibachi I would give a 8.5 of 10 and the high marks are more due to quantity over quality, its not exceptional, but it's good and filling. The menu was falling apart, the chair was not in great shape and the table and decor looked a little worn. The waitress wasn't super attentive. We were there about 15 min talking before we even got menus or drinks, but it was fairly busy and we didn't have to wait to get seated.

DO NOT EAT HERE β€” Served Raw Chicken and Got Food Poisoning Toki Sushi and Hibachi on Furrys Ferry Road served us raw chicken, and both of us got food poisoning as a result. We ordered two teriyaki chicken combos and one chicken skewer appetizer (Yakitori). The Yakitori was the problem β€” both of us ate one skewer each, and both of us got sick, meaning both skewers were undercooked. I didn’t notice the chicken was raw until the last piece. The chicken was skewered between layers of onion, so it wasn’t obvious at first. We had been wondering why it was so chewy, but when I finally pulled the chicken off the skewer to avoid eating more onions, I saw that the center was pink and raw. When I showed the server, she initially tried to tell me it was β€œjust that one piece” and that the thickness made it look undercooked β€” which was clearly not true. She took it to the kitchen, apologized, and removed the appetizer from our bill, giving us a 15% discount on the rest. But honestly, if they’re too cheap to comp a meal after serving raw chicken, what other corners are they cutting to save money? Food safety clearly isn’t a priority here. Eat at your own risk.
